We are committed to serving society in multiple ways. As members of an academic institution, we participate in teaching at UC Berkeley as well as outreach activities. While doing these, we learn a lot too: everyone has something to teach us! We also regularly participate in seminars and organize interdisciplinary workshops. We believe ideas are stronger when they are shared and put in conversation with others, inside and outside the lab.
